CVA My Company

In 1707 the Parliament of Great Britain opened its doors for business, which¬†cannot¬†be said today! Many directors can be forgiven when they believe that small businesses have been used and abused by successive Governments. But that still hasn’t stopped the Politicians from taking credit for the Private Sector creating one million more jobs in the economy whilst the Public Sector has down-sized.

Have the politicians not noticed how much the small business sector is suffering and that it is crying out for help. Instead small businesses are fending off Winding up Petitions and having to enter into Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA) in order to pay HMRC. Big businesses are also now having to do the same, such as Travelodge that recently dumped half it’s debts with a CVA.
