Lose Yourself In A Company Voluntary Arrangement

It is claimed that Lord Lucan was alive and living secretly in Mozambique as recently as 2002.

You may recall that he disappeared after an inquest into the death of Sandra Rivett found that he had murdered her. A car he had borrowed was found abandoned in East Sussex but no trace of the mysterious Lucan was ever found

There will be times when, as a company director, you would gladly ‘do a Lucan’ and disappear whilst the HMRC enforcement officers chase you in vain for the outstanding PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax due.

Sadly, most of us don’t have the cash or connections to make that a viable option.

Taxgone reckons a Company Voluntary Arrangement effectively puts you in hiding, protecting you and your business against the worst the HMRC can throw at you.
