Company Voluntary Arrangement Fight Back

by Ken Greenworth, 25/01/2013 | Permalink | Email this

Marriage can be a very challenging lifestyle – Henry VIII would agree! It is often not always made in heaven but haste.

The same can be said of customer/supplier relationships. They start off great but often turn sour.

This usually happens when payment dates are missed. However, if the situation deteriorates to such an extent that the supplier issues a winding up petition, then you know that the relationship is not just broken, it’s irretrievable.

At that point it is time to look after yourself. Forget negotiation, it’s fight back time. Use a Company Voluntary Arrangement and repay the supplier only half of his debt back and write off the rest.

Better than that, the half that you repay, pay over 60 months, interest free. The best bit is – its free! Call Taxgone and change your fortune.
