Company Voluntary Arrangement Not On Your Own

Could you live with yourself? On your own and nobody else to talk to. No human contact and no safety net.

On your own tiny island stuck in the middle of the Pacific Ocean away from any shipping routes. Year after year after year – probably if you have to.

Many directors feel like they are stranded with nobody to turn to. When HMRC calls, the bottom of your stomach drops out and the cold sweats start.

That’s probably when a director wishes that he was on his own on a desert island!

Instead of ducking and diving, often the best way is to deal with the problem head on. A Company Voluntary Arrangement may be just the solution that can take away the threat of a winding up petition and sort out your cash flow setting you on the right path to buy your own desert island.
