Creditors Winding Up

A creditors winding up petition causes the most disruption that a company director can face. Once a creditors winding up petition has been advertised it is probable that the company’s bank account will be frozen – so even if you wanted to pay off the petition you couldn’t!

If you want to keep your company and don’t want a creditors winding up petition to succeed, then there is only one primary action that you should take and that is to request an adjournment of the petition in order to buy you time to do one of a few things: find the money to pay off the petition, propose a CVA or to voluntary liquidate your company.

Call TaxGone on 01302 815846 if you have received a creditors winding up petition as we know exactly what you should do.
