Company Voluntary Arrangement Brings New Life

One of the girls in the office has announced that she is with child; this is lovely news for her, her husband and her friends and family. I can hear granny knitting away as I type!

Having said that do grannies still knit? From the male perspective, I always thought women are at their best when pregnant, it brings a calmness and order to the family and everyone gets on with making the little one’s arrival special.

‘My’ pregnancy went reasonably well, my wife at the time got on with it; she made loads of lovely clothes as she was handy with a sewing machine and we seemed to be well prepared when my daughter arrived.

I remember her yelling at me, in full labour, because I ate her Weetabix breakfast, it seemed a shame to waste it and she was too busy to feed.

Well I have spent the last 32 years worrying about my daughter, I have no idea why, her life is well sorted, great husband, good job and two lovely kids of her own, doesn’t stop me worrying though, I am 54 and my mum still worries about me now.

As a company director your business is your ‘baby’ and you constantly worry about it, where’s the next order coming from? Will I be able to pay my HMRC liabilities? When will I be paid for that job?

Taxgone understands your concerns and knows that a Company Voluntary Arrangement will stop you worrying about the mounting debt in the company; after all there are plenty of other things to worry about!
