Company Voluntary Arrangement Play Your Part

Larger than life and looking slightly worse for wear, Nick Nolte has been a heart-throb for millions of women, and some men, across the world.

Being famous for long periods is usually a testament to an actors good performance. However, if you are a director of a UK company then it’s frustrating that your survival is based not just on your performance but also on other companies.

If your customer goes bust on you then your company may face a Winding up Petition if, as a consequence, it falls behind on its payments.

A Company Voluntary Arrangement would alleviate the problem and allow you to continue to play your part.
