Company Voluntary Arrangement Sink Or Swim

Donald Campbell crashed his Bluebird K7 at 328 mph in January 1967 during a last crazy but brave attempt to better the world record.

Bluebird K7 was brought to the surface of Coniston Waters 34 years after the fateful crash.

There are many ways to succeed in life. The best way is to stack the odds in your favour. Reduce the risks and success is more achievable.

Many directors are now proposing Company Voluntary Arrangements when their company is in debt and that’s because the process is more transparent and more insolvency practitioners are fully explaining the choices.

So if your business has a large debt with HMRC or has a Winding up Petition then look at a Company Voluntary Arrangement as soon as possible or your boat may sink too.
