Company Voluntary Arrangement SOS

by Ken Greenworth, 06/01/2013 | Permalink | Email this

Morse was granted a patent in 1847 when he developed the concept of a single-wire telegraph – that’s a long time ago. When Morse Code was ever sent, it was always received unlike today when our 3G signals drop on the M1 or A1 but always work in the Alps!

Things change. That includes how we run businesses. Limited companies are set up and are advertised as a risk to all suppliers. In Britain the enterprise culture is not very enterprising compared to America. Everyone knows that a Limited Company has a limited trading liability equal to its issued share value. But when disaster strikes, everyone blames the director!

Set up a Company Voluntary Arrangement as it’s the best SOS there is.
