There is nothing more impressive than seeing a massive meteor shower for the very first time. There’s not many things that will stop you in mid sentence, although the receipt of a served Winding up Petition does come close.
Think clearly, the most important action to take is to know that the Winding up Petition will be Adjourned. If the Winding up Petition has been advertised then your bank account may get frozen the next day.
If the company debts are unlikely to get paid in time then look at a Company Voluntary Arrangement that will allow you to trade on without having to Liquidate your company.
